Mondays aren’t so bad when the weekend is filled with sunshine and pleasurable activity. I did some cooking and baking, a decent amount of knitting and tea drinking, a bit of reading and napping, and managed to run a total of about 10 miles between the two days.
Not bad.
How was your weekend?

I like that shot – the shadows really add to the drama of it. My weekend was great but it went by too fast. Don’t they all?

Pretty leaves, and that strange light in the sky
At least we had a little bit of sun over the weekend. Have a good week!

Sounds like a pretty perfect weekend to me. I wish I could claim I had run 10 miles — not even close.

Nice weekend! I recovered from babysitting for my granddaughter! Rainy here on Sat. so I did quite a bit of knitting. Yesterday was a beautiful fall day so I spent some time outside, did some shopping and of course knitting!

Spent the weekend with the inlaws and packed it full of fun. Sunburnt, exhausted, still grinning, still crying, dreading going home to an empty house again, but OH how I missed my bed. And I held a yellow butterfly.

I’m so glad it was a good weekend. Is soccer over yet? It’s going full speed here. o.0
Good weekend. Got to hang out with my best friend and ignore the yard work because of it.

A good weekend either seems to ease the transition to Monday, or make it all the more disappointing to face. I’m glad it was the former for you.
My weekend was wonderful. I made it to a little fiber event, and Sunday was sunny.
